All Dean and I needed was three days in the sun. And boy did we luck out with south Florida’s weather last week. We’ve been to Pompano numerous times to visit Dean’s ‘rents and we usually don’t get the best weather (but that never stopped up form sunbathing in sweatshirts).
In a nutshell, we sat on the beach and ate great food, sat on another beach with snacks and cocktails and finally sat on the original beach with a delicious final dinner out with the fam. Not too shabby, huh?
We’re so lucky to have the luxury to travel on a buddy pass to visit my future in-laws!
Since I’m starting a new adventure (more on that soon), it was a perfect getaway to unplug and hit the reset button.
Happy week, friends!

Ahhhhhhhh………..these pictures make me so so so jealous!
How did the spray tan hold up??
i looked tan until i got there which was what i was hoping for. there’s not way the spray tan lasts 10-14 days though!! i’d say more like 5 days.
Jealous!!!! Looks amazing.
Now you’re just gloating!! ; )
Looks like a perfect getaway! Hope you got lots of sea glass.
I love sea glass hunting. Sadly, I never find much in Cleveland. I am hoping to bring some back from my honeymoon as a souvenier (too lazy to remeber how to spell that)
Welcome back! Why yes I was jealous of your sunny pictures and blue water!
Love your striped dress! Envious of the vaca/nice weather!
