While perusing Pinterest on Wednesday, I found what I thought was an amazing idea – using shipping pallets for shelves!

Since winter, we’ve been debating which art we should purchase for behind the television. Of course, one day before I discovered this idea, I ordered this piece of art from Pottery Barn.

Of course the twig display is overpriced and the pallets are free courtesy of Dean’s work.
All wasn’t lost though, Dean went out to the garage and made this special creation for above our wine rack.
The wine won't stay, but you get the idea.
